The same listing, two first impressions

Guests judge your listing in the first five photos and the first line of the title. This is the sample audit's fictional Clearwater 2BR, before and after its three top fixes:

Dark, flat living-room photo used as a listing cover (stock photo, Pexels) Before: what guests see now
"Cozy Beach House"
  • Cover photo is a dark living room, not the beach or the pool
  • Best amenity (the pool) is photo #14; two bedrooms never shown
  • Title leads with "Cozy," a word guests never search for
Bright living room used as a listing cover after the audit (stock photo, Pexels) After: the 3 top fixes applied
"4-Min Walk to the Sand | 2BR Beach House, Pool, Sleeps 6, Fast Wifi"
Pool photo promoted into the first five photos (stock photo, Pexels) Second room photo added to the first five (stock photo, Pexels) Bright cover photo (stock photo, Pexels)
  • Title rebuilt around the one thing competitors cannot claim
  • Pool and bedroom photos moved into the first five
  • Cleaning fee brought into the local band (fix #3)

What you get

A score out of 80

Across search visibility, photo order, description, pricing and settings, trust signals, and competitive position.

The three fixes that matter most

Ranked by booking impact per hour of your effort, with exact steps.

A rewritten title and opening description

Copy-paste ready, written around what your reviews already say guests love.

A full action list

Every weak point paired with its exact fix, most under 15 minutes each.

Honest math: competitor rates are read from live public listings at audit time and dated in your report. Nothing is invented. See exactly what a report looks like before you pay: read a full sample audit (built on a fictional listing).

Why it pays for itself

One extra booking covers the audit several times over at almost any nightly rate. Most listings we would audit are leaking bookings in the same three places: a title that wastes its best feature, a cover photo that is not the money shot, and one setting (cleaning fee, minimum stay, missing amenity) silently suppressing them in search. The audit finds yours.

How it works: pay through the secure Stripe checkout and enter your Airbnb listing URL when asked; your report lands in your email within the stated window. Guarantee: if your report does not surface at least three fixes you rate as worth the fee, tell us within 7 days of delivery and we refund you in full. This applies to Standard, Premium, and Applied. It covers the quality of the fixes, not bookings: we cannot guarantee bookings, and we will never tell you otherwise. Reports are advisory: we cannot guarantee bookings, and we will never tell you otherwise.

Questions

Which platforms?

Airbnb listings today. The rubric is built on how Airbnb search and guests actually behave.

Do you need my login?

Never. Everything comes from your public listing. Do not send passwords to anyone, including us.

What if my listing is brand new?

An audit still helps: it fixes the launch mistakes most hosts only find after a slow first season. Tell us it is new and we weight the report toward launch settings.
